スーパーでよく買う玉子は無精卵。
昔、子供の頃によく食べさせて
もらった玉子は有精卵。
違いは何かと言いますと、、、
ご存知の通り無精卵はゲージ飼いの
交尾をしていないメスが産んだ玉子。
有精卵は平飼いでメスの中に
約、１割のオスを混ぜて飼育をした
すなわちキチンと交尾をした
メスが産んだヒヨコになる玉子の事。

好きな食べ物はナニ？
日本人ほど舌に柔軟性のある人種は
そうは居ないだろうと思う。。
日本はね、本当に色々な食材、食品が豊富で
どの国よりも食文化が発達してきたんだろうと思う。。
例えばコーヒーひとつとっても
メーカーとその種類の数は限りないわ。
かなり専門的な食材でも百貨店に行けば
